I want to create an AdWords threshold account, I have edu email, VCC for Paypal VPS everything but the problem that I faced is the Australian number for Paypal verification
I want to create Australian paypal, but I need Australian number, I tried free number but the account is limited few seconds after creation
I searched for many number provider but I didn't find Australian number

OP is explicitly asking regarding Australia number for phone verification. On what basis are you assuming what you asked ? Seems like you are not making sales , so as usual trying to push ?
