Which Niches are the Most Profitable on Reddit?

You can try using google trends and finding currently trending niches, from there you can use the data from google trends and find a supplier for the niche you're working in. Then could use your reddit account to post on reddit posts with your niche included on them. You can then use a reddit upvote buying service to buy upvotes to boost your posts without having to rely on organic traffic at first.
Can't tell you what's converting well since I just started out with reddit and growing my own subreddit though I would say that NSFW subs are the best. However as others threads pointed out it's hard to convert because reddit users are very picky so being natural is key. I wouldn't offer them affiliate links or anything similar, I think the best option is to grow a subreddit and partner up with private people to promote their stuff.

It seems Reddit has upgraded it system recently to ghost links shared in subreddits. I posted a link after added value in a subreddit and i shared a Fiverr gig link and the post was ghosted. The post was not deleted by the moderator as it is still visible on my browser but not when i view in incognito mode on on another browser.

These are niches that Google says are profitable overall but not necessarily on reddit. Niches like Digital marketing which i am in are difficult to convert on reddit. Health and Fitness is a niche popular on reddit but redditors are smart, they can smell an affiliate link from far.

Promoting CPA on Reddit is the most profitable IMO because there is a subreddit for literally every niche. The difficulty for most people is knowing how to slip through the cracks and promote indirectly (if that makes sense). The second you drop a link the mods will boot you.

There really isn't a magic method to do it since it's on a case by case basis. Some subreddits will be easier to infiltrate than others.
I posted a thread a few weeks back where I landed on the front page of a subreddit with over 1 million followers (from a brand new account with no karma), but the reddit post has since been removed because someone on BHW blew my cover (lol). Essentially I went onto a skincare subreddit and preached about a product that worked wonders for my eye bags, without directly linking it. I responded to most of the comments in very specific manner (to get them to ask even more questions, more comments help the algorithm) to drum up even more conversation, and from there it just took off.
Because the post gained so much organic traction (I think it maxed out at just under 2k upvotes), I had dozens of people DM'ing me asking for the direct product link even though it was for a big brand that anybody could easily search up.

I agreed and disagree. Reddit users are picky and bitchy so if you want to go the natural way find subs that are naturally like minded to you and things you can agree with. Or you can go with the manipulation method and follow the trends and post/comment on whats going to get the upvote ex. "Single Ukraine solder destroys russian battalion" "Nerd KO's jock" ect Just go with the popular opinion and you'll get upvoted. Reddit user are pretty tech savvy but they are also sheep. Be a shepherd and lead these sheep

Why not create your own subreddit and promote it by crossposting non-spam posts?

Yeah well if you're smart you can also enforce manipulate methods. Personally I dislike doing that cuz it's unethical. But it depends what type of person you are and what u think is right. If it's okay for you then yeah it's also a option for sure.
But as said before and in many threads, it's hard to convert reddit traffic. People are very picky and bitchy like you said. You have to earn their trust before they will start spending money.
