Why facebook keeps restricting my Business Manager account?

Whenever i try to create a campaign and run it on facebook i cannot do it even with other new account i tried to do it but still cant. i have never made any campaigns so there is no way that i have violated the facebook ads rules or anything like that. I cannot even appeal to facebook, what do you guys think i should do to run ads on facebook now?

Don't jump on to newer accounts as soon as you're limited. FB bot does that automatically and this happens to a lot of people. There's an appeal option, use that and they'll reinstate your account if you didn't violate any ToS. Creating new accounts every time will only complicate things for you as FB is going to think you're actually trying to commit a fraud.

sure but i dont have any appeal option, i have watched bunch of youtube videos and read articles some have appeal option too but not me.
