Can I monetize a review channel?

What if I review animes, can I get this monetized?
Or in fact, can any type of review even get monetized?
What if I use voiceover with 2-3 sec footage of content every now and then?
Like using gifs and stock footage, pictures of websites etc.

Before I go serious with one type of content I want to know if it's even worth investing time and energy in it.

Yeah I read that but still, I have so many questions. I just want to do anime reviews but I am scared to use any material at all.

To get Monetized, it is better you use purely original content that is yours. After you get Monetized, you can then start your review with 2-3 sec of other people's video which will fall into fair use policy

So at the start I just start with like non copyrighted stock footage and then, once I got monetized, I transition to 2-3 sec clips of the videos? Sounds like a good idea.

monetization depends on originality of your content, if you didn't get copyright claim that's good

Ok thanks, I will do my best to avoid copyright strikes but I highly doubt I will ever get one.

with animes nowdays u wont get to monetize nothing anything at all ev if you draw the anime yourself )) so yeah
