It is an absolute pleasure speaking with John. He gave me advice about my two websites. He helped me select the URLs. He also gave me free tips! I appreciate it!

Placed 20 Links for DR40+

Cheers!

Thank you for the kind words. It's been a pleasure working with you!

Got any real estate samples

As mentioned throughout the thread, we do not give specific niche examples. Sent you a bunch of general samples.

Just received another order of excellent niche edits. I've placed many orders with John in the past year and a half and love the placements he has found for my sites. I'm a local service business with several websites and have tried many things through the years. These edits with Surfer Seo has given me everything needed for high rankings in my region.

I've been bouncing around niche-edit vendors for a while, and the problem I've found with other vendors (not you, but, others I've bought from) is they often don't put any effort into screening the sites.

For example - if I'm ordering a DR40+ pack, I want the sites to be more than just 'DR40'. I want them to have reasonable traffic from real keywords, and I don't want to see a traffic history that tanked 6 months ago, and I want the site to be more than just a thin post-farm.

Do you filter for those types of things in the links you deliver?

It's a bit tough to define exact criteria, because they can all be gamed, but anyone who has been around for a while can tell in about 30 seconds on ahrefs whether a link is from a solid site or not.

I think I did order from you in the past but I can't find it on my end, sorry, so, asking these questions here.
If you prefer to answer via PM that's welcome too.

I don't filter by traffic, only by DR and RD. I'm working on offering links filtered by traffic, but they are a couple of months out before launch.

While all these metrics can be gamed, 1) none of our websites are artificially gamed and 2) I've found websites with a DR above 40 are much harder to game overall. Also, I always tell my clients that most of my DR 40+ (especially DR 50+ packs) tend to have some traffic. It's not guaranteed, but more often than not they have traffic.

I track data over 500 of my client's websites. I've also been part of numerous case studies to track what ranking signals Google finds important at any point in time. Not to mention, there's been many attempts at gaming user metrics. There is no indication that Google uses traffic as a ranking signal. None. I'm not saying that it's not an important metric to look at, it is, but more from a holistic point of view (overall site health).

I'll put it this way. Niche edits are a cheap and easy way to get to where you need to be, without spending hundreds/thousands per link. Google looks at overall authority and relevancy (especially around the anchor text). Those are the two biggest ranking signals. I have thousands of examples of websites using them to rank. I wish I could put this whole "traffic" issue to bed, but unfortunately, there are tons of people in the industry spreading misinformation (yes, it's not just politics).

When used with a proper strategy, quality niche edits like I offer work, regardless of their site traffic. Period.

I ordered from this guy and I have to say he is one of the better sellers on here. The sites look to be genuine blogs with DR and traffic. Definitely niche related and they have ads on them.

Thanks for the review! I appreciate when people call me "this guy"..lol.
