How can I improve this condition? I using all the methods ezoic told me to apply. Leap, mediation etc etc.

That sounds too low. When did you start using them, they say it could take 40 days for ezoic to perform better.

How long have you been with ezoic? What's your ad placement like? Check the ezoic analytics to see pages with high epmv, and write more content similar to this type of content.

Site speed is poor. In mobile it's about 60, in desktop 75.

I am using a shared hosting. Can't afford much.

I will suggest you to check Ad placement, make it better, ad 2-3 sticky ads and enable bottom sticky ads also.
