How to approve google adsense with no website?

I am struggling to approve a google adsense account without owning a website, I have no idea how to do it, I already got couple of channels monitzed and actually they got accepted into monetization services in my friends google adsense account but i don't want that I want them to be on my google adsense

Search for micro- niche websites in the marketplace. They are usually between $30-$50 for the starter website package.
