if you want to hire a freelancer to do the function for you/ explain to you, you are in the wrong section of the forum; ask the mods to move you to the HAF section
if you want free help for this (nothing wrong with that), you are in the wrong forum. most people here don't know c++ or what a turtle graphic function is since this is a marketing forum (me included). try with a programming forum or reddit
