Best niche for a passive income website for a developer like me

Hello! So basically I am a developer. I have good experience of building websites full stack, Scraping, Automation and discord bots. Can someone tell me some website ideas that would generate passive income?
I had recently thought about crypto niche but I guess pretty much everything has been covered. I just want nothing too big. Anything related to scraping will also work.
Please give me some ideas. Will be happy to hear them.

And why would my token work? I mean it should have something awesome that others lack. I was thinking of learning blockchain development but don't have the motivation for it now.

Yeah you need to provide value with the token. Not just token.

Make a token and a portal around that for games for example. Or even make AI stuff around. Make a Scraping Token where a token means 1 page scraped for example and you make a rebase according to your limits in scraping. Not like its the perfect plan but thats an example.

Would token in exchange of data be a good idea? Tokens worth company data or something like that.. cause with my scraping skills I can literally get tons of data. Real estate, company, agents whatever

I would have done it in like scraping points type and you basically rent out your scraping. If you build that up wirh hundreds of scripts, people will use that. Buying a coin and use that to get datas from sites x or y by your service!

If someone does it and get rich or you, dont forget me hahah

Really motivating. I have just started writing articles on medium. I will first gain some followers, then will move on to the website.

Its the wild west. No one knows much of anything. You can establish yourself quickly

Start with Moralis (HUGE number of educational videos) or Tatum frameworks

Then pick a blockchain

I recommend Solana. Etherium is ancient technology and most everything advanced requires Level 2 development which is buggy and not secure at this time.

Learn about DAOs. They are the next big thing

If you want passive income you should delegate.

Build a saas, find a partner to handle marketing - give them high % commissions. Then hire someone to handle support (you can start with tawk.to) and then hire someone to maintain / develop your sass.

It may take time and effort but you will end up with a growing business, passive for you.
