Hi all,
I own few sports streaming sites and few microsites with a specific niche.
I started to see lately that the offers provided by my ad network included some CPI betting apps, especially in Canada and US.
I asked my account manager, he showed me stats that those type of offers is shown to users on the 3rd click (after the CPA CC offers) .
I was pretty doubtful TBH since the payouts are lower, but i trusted my manager and i understood the logic behind it (easier methods like CPI for users didn't convert at first clicks.)
Seems like my overall ecpm is much higher although some of it is probably causing the NFL started this month and this is high quality traffic and niche.
Anyway, I'm kind of curious about how Betting models are working, its seems very relevant to the Sports traffic but still i don't see it much all around, more VOD offers tbh.
Does anyone have some past experience with those types of offers? should i ask for more of it? In the past, i tried to manually sign up for a verity of Affiliate networks of major Sports betting brands, but the earnings were very very low and I left it.
Here is my panel screenshot, you can see that the earnings are about the same for this month although i have much lower visits and clicks.
