I don't know if it's available in your country, but you can deposit paypal to etoro and buy BTC there. Of course you have to pay the spread. It's worth checking out if that is lower than your usual fees.

thank you for your reply. now i pay 12 % fee for exchange

Directly from Paypal to btc, there are options showing in paxful, localbitcoins, binance p2p,etc, but no trader would do it, because of the fear of paypal dispute / chargeback, considering that nowadays if a paypal dispute /chargeback is raised by a buyer and the product is non-physical in nature, then 99% the dispute decision goes in favour of the buyer only. The best way is to withdraw your funds in paypal into your bank account and then buy btc the usual way. Yes, there would be fees in the process, but, this is most probably the only viable way for paypal to btc.

I see that you are aiming to buy BTC with your PayPal. I don't know if you know about this, but Coinbase is the best fit in your case. You will have to create and verify your Coinbase account. One done, you can pay via PayPal and have BTC in your Coinbase wallet. You can later transfer those BTC if you want them to have in any of your other BTC Wallet.

You are better off looking for a partner to always exchange with. This will need trust and the willingness to accept risk. Don't rely on Google search because most of the results that pop up are by scammers. They have high-ranking blogs and websites dedicated to luring unsuspecting newbies looking to exchange. Don't trust a website with all the funds you are trying to exchange until you gain long-term experience working with them. Don't trust high scores on TrustPilot and similar review sites, and make sure to always start by exchanging small amounts, typically less than $100. A very effective way to detect scammers with high Truspilot scores is to filter the negative reviews and see what complaints are about. Another redflag is an exchanger who doesn't take drastic measures to ensure your fund is clean and you aren't trying to scam them.

I prefer to give 5% additional discount if they pay you directly in BTC... in this way you get your BTC in 5% less as compared to 12% with exchange and your clients also get additional benefit of getting discount.
