Will this channel pass YouTube monetization?

I have two channels, one with community strike and the other with two community strikes. These strikes were legitimate. However, if I decide to make content within the community guidelines and get to 1k and 4000hours will this channel get monetized even though it had history of community guideline strikes?

Community strikes expire after 3 months. With each strike there are some limitations to your account (e.g. not being able to upload). However this does not have any impact on your monetization. You can still apply for it. Just be aware that your account will be permanently closed once you receive your third strike. Whether you get accepted or not depends on your content.

Don't worry about it. You will get monetized after your strikes expire.
