How to pick Pay per Click campaign instead of impression

just want to ask how do I change the charging method from impression to Pay Per click on FB Ads? I didn't find any explanation on the internet, I hope someone could help me

Go to facebook ad set level
- Then under cost per result goal there is a "show more option"
- change the " when you get charged" option from impressions to clicks

In the ad settings, change "Optimize for delivery" to "Link clicks"
