While I understand your point that good-looking people get a free pass but I think there is something missing from the psychological context.
left - healthy, good hairstyle, dress well
right - clearly overweight, bad style, prison suite
So why would left go through with such a phrase and will not be taken as harassment?
Because left is desirable. like a good email. Wanted and good content email will never receive a spam report.

You mean left worked for it so it deserves that special treatment ?
It also depends on the situation. If you're in a night club and an attractive guy/girl approaches you and says the above vs you are in a grocery store.

Yes. Right could get the same treatment if would work on himself. I have a really ugly friend who always gets with the ladies and he is no prince charming - phrases he uses are waaaay crazier than that on the image. He always dresses sharp, has a good haircut, and radiates so much confidence that he almost glows in dark and always gets laid.

Public places are the best where to do those tbh, never did such flirt in clubs but in regular grocery stores, etc. But as I stated - you must work on yourself to be able to pull such stunts.

Anybody can successfully flirt with women - they love the attention. Even if you don't consider yourself conventionally attractive, a haircut, good hygiene and a nice outfit goes along way. I'm in a relationship but even when I go out or find myself in social situations, I talk to random chicks if their body language indicates being open and friendly.
