How can I buy a service without being scammed?

I paid X$ in service
"Site A would have to receive all traffic and only redirect traffic from a single user per ip every 24 hours to site B

so site A would have to filter all traffic before being redirected, would have to have an ip cahce database, etc.

when paying the user he gave me the simple code like this
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1;site here">

Buy from reputable sellers and don't throw away your life savings on one single purchase. That's all.

Read reviews, check how long a seller is within the community, check his feedback. Like with everything in life, a healthy common sense is probably your best friend.

I’d say hire someone with reputation on whichever forum/site. But I feel your pain as I’m having the same thoughts myself

Pay wilth paypal so you can charge back.

That's just funny and sad in the same time.

There's no bulletproof way to stay safe.

Either buy based on reviews or take your chances.

But at least minimal knowledge of what you need would come in handy so you can ask questions before payment. Like how are you going to cache ips, etc? That way, at least you get an idea if the seller has any idea what's going on or it falls into the "i make good job sir, don't worry dear"

If possible use somebody trusted on the marketplace here on BlackHatWorld. You can read the thread and see other people’s experiences with the service.

also communicate properly with the seller so there’s no miscommunication about what is meant to be provided.

wish you luck mate starting with a smaller test order is also a good idea
