I don't have luck with freshly generated channels, tried multiple ways to approach a fresh account but most of the time views don't move from 0. There must be something that I am doing wrong

I don't think there is high competition in my niche but I will try to warm-up the account with funny videos for a few days to see what will happen. Thanks for the suggestion, never thought about it.

New channels take months to get a lot of views because the YouTube algorithm works that way, only youtubers with millions can create new channels and make them grow fast because they have a company behind them

Not really, going viral can be as result of many factors affecting your videos performance, even your ability to bot properly is part of it.
