After 2 months backlinks are not indexed

I bought a new domain in January and after creating a website I started building profiles on quality domains and making about 5 backlinks a week.
After 2 months, only 2 backlinks are indexed.

What is the best way to quickly index the rest?

I pinged some of them from Google, Yandex, Bing etc about a week ago. I don't want to ping all, because it may be suspicious.
And after a week not a single link was indexed
