Fuck Fiverr.

At least they're trying to weed out the trash. It's good in my opinion. If you're serious about selling on their platform two tests shouldn't be an issue.
I was thinking the same thing, two tests shouldn't be an issue.

It is not an issue if you plan to sell a lot in Fiverr, but in my//this case I would earn say $200 after Fiverr fees on 5 orders in total that I planned to sell, tests plus the working time for those orders lands on around $50 an hour. Not worth it for me.

What about some tests for the buyers to make sure they don't buy shit for $5 and expect to rank #1 for hundreds of keywords?
Bravo! Honestly, I started doing that with shit clients I get myself, not on fiverr. Each time someone asks for my references and portfolio I ask them to prove they have funds to actually pay me, lol.

@RoiBox I was selling links, I took that dumb seo test. It was absolutely bizarre, it was basically 'what's ethical and what isn't' type of questions, completely cringe and very funny from blackhat's perspective. Like most questions weren't that technical, just check that you'll be nice and moral and won't sell blackhat stuff. I guess they're doing this as pr move to distance themselves from the fact that lots of people are selling spam links there.

sometimes it painful , i can understand your situation. something similar happens to me somewhere else

No, I could not publish the gig without doing the tests, I tried. And I don´t need Google to give me the answers, I know them, it´s about the time, it is not worth it since I know I will only sell 5-6 orders only, then close the gig down.
Man, if you know the answers then it would take only 10 minutes each to take the test. At least you can try doing that.

It took me 26 minutes to pass 1 test when I did the test 2 years ago.

no . i have been using this and i find it better than fiverr , but here to increase the level of the account , but as soon as you increase , your orders will start kicking in :)
Ah, ok, couple months ago I tried ordering from some seller there that I ordered from before and their payment system was all broken... I had to pay through some paytm thing and it wouldn't let me pay so I gave up. Chatted with that guy and he as a seller was annoyed with payments situation too.

The tests are actually quite easy.

English test took 5-6 minutes (if that...). Super easy.
The SEO test took around 10 minutes, but only because some of the questions were EXTREMELY weird and not related to SEO at all. But if you have some basic SEO knowledge, you'll easily pass the rest with an overall 9.0+ score.

Well I can't really blame them for trying to up their gig quality, there are many useless unqualified sellers there now selling crap, they trying to weed out these people is a postive move for them.

Fact: Fiverr is the worst marketplace on the internet.

Why would you even compete with 3rd world country noobs with your extensive experience?

Yeah, the quality has gone up dramatically, by 0.0% because you can cheat on internet tests. Damn.

It might be but it is the biggest one right now.

In my case, I don´t compete, it was a Swedish blog aimed to Swedish buyers only. I would never compete with people that under price their service.

Its bad for seller but good for customer, I was using Fiverr as customer not as a seller and some time ago it was flooded with cheap low quality services with buyers who barely talks english and just manipulates market by cloning gigs on different fiverr accounts so yeah its kinda good thing on one hand ;)

I would rather make job for free than doing it on fiverr.. i done job for 50$ , they take 11$ , and i need to wait f... 30 days to withdraw. that is funny, and when you are customer its all instant. Rather make your own site and find people you will work for.

Well, I agree partially. The Bangladesh, Indian, and Nigeria freelancers which are taking the biggest piece of cake are the ones that are doing the most, because of their price and quality (well, the ratio from the money you spend). And I don't think they can pass even a basic 3rd-grade level English test from my own experience with them. Without them Fiverr is another Upwork etc. The thing that made Fiverr special is fairly cheap services and somewhat quality.
