Social Media Management Software Advice

Hey guys, looking for some up to date advice on social media management software
I am looking for something to use to manage my instagram, Facebook, and twitter.
Really mostly interested in scheduled posting, but some automating follow back, automated api search and follow, and automated like/favorite features would be nice

Also wanted to general advice on the state of the industry. I hired a social media VA last week, and throughout my vetting process I kept hearing that social networks are penalizing accounts that post via external software/ API. Is there any truth to this?

I haven't seen any browser-based automation tool focusing on all the social media mostly its single single
Best option would be to pick up Jarvee or maybe a custom bot which you can install over VPS and then have a control panel or something might most you a lot but its doable
