1. have you or anyone actually sold a site like that? do you provide a guide on flipping the site also and any proof?

2. can you please share a recent revenue/profit proof - a video capture of your screen refreshing the page?
the numbers on your screenshots are monthly or daily revenue?

3. how much time should I expect to spend on managing the campaign(s)? is it possible to lose money if the campaign tanks?
based on my limited experience, google ad results were not consistent as google ad is an auction

4. what's the average and upper limit of the monthly revenue/profit? how scalable is it?

5. what's gonna be the total minimum startup cost (ad budget, tools, etc) and how long would it take to become profitable?
