How to know a PBN link good or bad

check the site for its metrics and relevancy, its backlink profile. this way u can decide

ask the sellers these things...
- what their sites' DR is (not DA, but DR, this is very important because DA can be easily manipulated while DR can not)
- how many OBLs (Outbound Links = External Links) their sites have (a site that has a lot of OBLs... or which links out to many other small / unpopular sites with each published article is considered a link farm - ie. site that's specifically created to sell links - therefore their links are usually of poor quality)
- how much organic traffic their sites get and how old their domains are (sites that are new and have no traffic might, or might not give you bad links, but sites that are aged and still have no traffic... well, it's a bad sign that you might get scammed, especially if the DR of those sites is low and / or the sites have very few pages indexed in google... or no indexed pages at all, that's even worse lol)
- where they place your link (usually, homepage links are the best type of link you could get, so you will want a link from the homepage of a good site, but if that's not possible at least get a link from an article / content page, it's still good if the site is legit. If the seller is only providing footer links, or other low value links you might want to pass.) .. Also at this point, no matter where your link is placed make sure that there are not 100s of other OBLs on that page because the link juice (site authority, domain strength, DR, or whatever you want to call it) will be split between all these 100s of OBLs so you'll get basically nothing. If the seller only sells 5-10 spots (ok, maybe up to 20, although 20 might be too much for a weak site) then that's good for all parties involved (his sites don't look like link farms, and his customers - ie. YOU - get value out of the purchased links)
- the sites in the seller's PBN are not copycats of each other. If all (or most of them) sites use the same theme, plugins, site design and structure, and even worse, the same hosting (well, IP anyway) and they're all interconnected to each other... these are signs of a bad PBN / scammer seller
- what kind of link (d0foll0w / nofollow) they give you
- how many RDs their sites have (although, sites with good DR usually have a decent number of RDs, as well)

You can check into these things website metrics, PBN built on fresh or dropped domain, articles quality.

Check with moz https://moz.com/domain-analysis it will gives you the pbn details and spam score etc.

Every service has some description regarding the PBN service. You can see what the PBN domains have and do not have. Just use tools to check those factors with the sample blogs given by the OP.

PBNs with quality backlinks are the best because they are the top source of organic authority for a website. Without existing backlinks, a PBN cannot spread authority. Backlinks Checker

You will need some kind of SEO tool to check the Domain Authority, linking profile, and structures of the particular websites. This way you can decide if PBN is even worth a shot.

It's hard to say and authority metrics of the domain are easy to fake so when you check the metrics, go a bit further and give a look to the kind of backlinks the domain has. Is just another security layer.
Then just look at the the website. Nowadays people use marketing softwares to get data about a websits, but unfortunatly they don't look anymore at the website itself. Getting a look at the posted articles, do they have all outgoing links? Make some old school simple search queries like site:example.com and have a look at how is indexed respected to the number of pages the website has. Get a look of Google cache and the dates of last cache to understand how often Googlebot is crawling it.
Remember if you can buy a backlink there, someone else can do it, that means the private blog network is not so private. Does what I m saying make sense ?

yup, more like a public blog network lol
buying from a seller here I would recommend asking for a list of the domains before buying links
its not hard to tell if a domain is good to buy links on, the site needs to look decent and the content needs to look at least somewhat human-written, and its backlinks need to be relatively clean -- no GSA or sarkar packages. if it has some mix of PBN links, web 2.0, niche edits, etc, its probably good.

Never buy PBN links as most of them are crap[, build your own PBN so you can make sure the P is solid! (2)
