Quick update again. Apologies for the delay but there's a lot of moving parts were figuring out.

Been having a lot more success with larger sites in terms of rankings which has prompted the change of the service. If below is something you're still interested in then this is what you can expect roughly:

• 3 * 1,000 word money pages
• 5 * 500 word supporting blog articles (establishes topical authority)
• Schema
• Surfer SEO optimised content
• Foundation links (social profiles/citations)
• Higher volume keywords in broad/popular services. Still lower competition but not 0 competition.
• Site design based on niche

We've found that:

1. Competition is good. Going after higher population and search volume keywords is more profitable and in some respects safer. It's a safer bet on demand when you go for popular services such as plumbing and roofing in bigger cities (yep, there's still lower competition keywords out there for these niches).
2. Better/more complete sites rank better. Sounds obvious but it can make a big difference in ranking. You need solid sites to compete and be rewarded by Google. A well setup site with content and just basic foundation links can go a long way. A project we're working on is 4 months old and is similar to what we're looking to offer here. Popular niche and major US city. We've managed top 30 without any additional back links. We originally indexed ~90th position.

This service is likely going to $750-1,000 which I honestly believe offers a great ROI Vs other methods of IM such as review sites. The only work you need to do is finish ranking the site and continue growing it if you like.

I don't like telling people how much money a certain keyword can make because it's hard to give an estimate. Instead I like to ask people what they think they could generate. Here's an example. Let's say you can rank for roofing in a city of 300,000 people and you can get $40 a lead. How many people do you think are looking for a roofer every day? 1 lead per day = $1,200 a month. 2 = $2,400 a month and 4 leads is $4,800 and so on.

I make no guarantees on rankings or earnings these are just my own thoughts.

Thinking about revamping this service to include some initial link building and more content:

• 1 Website
  • 2 Additional Pages
• Foundation Links
  • Social Profiles
  • Citations
    • Would be relevant to your location/niche
      • Not just generic
  • Data Aggregators
    • These essentially push your data out to heaps of directories and search engines etc. so overtime will create a heap of citations and trust

The service would be higher quality and higher price but would be very much hands off for you the buyer. I'd be open to continuing link building after foundational links but I can't really put a price on this considering it will vary by niche. If you'd be interested in this then it's something I could add. That would then turn this pretty much into a no work for you, ground up to ranked sort of service.

• Local lead gen pretty much impossible to saturate market
• I don't have the resources to target the amount of keywords out there. My latest keyword database I built manually. I've got 4,500+ solid low competition local keywords. I don't know anyone asides huge companies that could ever target this volume lol.

Selling sites brings in cash which can be deployed to my own portfolio and helps rank them quicker. I have plenty of sites of my own with partners and that continues to grow.
