I'm pretty sure it's this:
- Establish a gig on another site (referred to as "Site A"), such as Fiverr, at a certain price (for example, $15.00).
- Make sure the gig is attractive to buyers -- There are "do's and don'ts" scattered about this forum
- When you receive an order, hire a freelancer on another site ("Site B") to complete the order from Site A -- You just have to make sure the rates are much lower than what you're being paid for on Site A (e.g. that you're paying someone on, say, this forum/Site B $5.00--$10.00)
- Deliver the work from the freelancer/Site B to the client on Site A.
- Going by this example, if the client on Site A paid you $15.00 and you spent, say, $10.00 paying the freelancer on Site B, you've made $5.00 profit in addition to recouping the $10.00 you spent on Site B.
You should also note any fees that one platform may take from your profits -- Fiverr in particular is pretty shitty, as they take a huge chunk (so your $5.00 profit above would be more like $2.50).
Yeah, Fiverr are cunts and have a whole load of issues (such as the "customer is always right" bullshit when they try to scam people selling services on their platform).

Make a course about any skill you have in your work field, if you dont have any skill ask a friend to do it, check others what they are currently succesfully teaching, make a better offer and promote it on you local facebook groups, facebook ads or whatsapp niche groups, bank like crazy, then rinse and repeat.

This is the kind of question that is asked over and over again, despite the fact that is completely wrong.
The real question that you are going to ask yourself is: "how much am I going to invest in that business of mine that may or may not succeed".
Because, like everything in life, you can invest either your time and effort or your money.
I assume you're not able to spend hours and hours every day, since you have other responsibilities and need to make money for a living.
You don't have money either so the best you can do is to read throughout the forum, educate yourself and come back when you save some bucks.
The real question that you are going to ask yourself is: "how much am I going to invest in that business of mine that may or may not succeed".
