How much should i sell me link for?

Hey guys

I have a website for my cleaning buisness. Its top for google and 2nd/3rd in yahoo and bing for all my keywords. The website homepage is PR3.

I got an email today from a lady that offers a service that is in the same niche as one of my services but not direct compition.
The page she wants the link on is PR1. This page is also top of google for all the keywords.

Not 100% sure what traffic it gets as my stat softwar is a little screwed at the moment. But think that page gets around 200 hits a day. (please remember that its very niche and city related) so that figure is pretty high.

Any ideas on how much i should charge her?

How can you tell whether they have a paid link? Shouldn't they aim to hide it? ;-)

Depends on where you are going to put the link. If its just a text link I would do 5 bucks a month

if its a banner ad then you could get 15 to 50 bucks a month depending on where you put it and the size that you give her.

Use analytics so you will have better stats next time...

For price it depends upon niche... People who will put ads on your site will get visitors and leads not to mention of high quality.... So you need to find out how good is niche... You can do research by looking through other similar sites and asking them for ads posing as customer, you can also check adwords and find out how much it will cost to get visitors on 1st rank...

For example dental or legal niche are very good industry, even with few visitors they make more money because lead value is very high...... My friend got a site which has one dental article where some one is paying 40 bucks every month for normal text link even when it's not ranking and is only PR 1... Some doctor is paying for it...

That's why i said research it... End user will pay more then any webmaster...
