If you don't have real users there is no way AdSense will start paying you. There is no method or trick or bot that's going to work. If you have a way to find real users only then invest your time with adsense.

Google has all the means to detect fake traffic. The only thing you will gain is being banned from AdSense. Don't play this game.
If you want traffic, post in Facebook groups, with over 10k members, on Twitter, on forums. It's slower, but it's safer.
It never looks good at early stage. It brings an immediate ban on an Adsense account.
