How do IPv6 Proxies work?

I'm interested to learn about how to create a bunch of IPv6 proxies.

I know they come in large numbers, is it easy to create a net for my own?

I think IPv6 proxies is not much different with IPV4's datacenter proxies...

I gave it a read and didn't really find an answer to my question how those big IPv6 pools are created.

I'm interested to learn about how to create a bunch of IPv6 proxies.

Buy a VPS with Ipv6, they will give /64 or even /56 Ipv6 block, randomly choose pool of IPv6 addresses , set them as exit IP's in your proxy server software (squid, 3proxy, etc). Create proxy users, assign a routing policy between proxy users and Ipv6 addresses (random or static). Don't forget to block outgoing Ipv4 traffic.
