Although domains are not analysed thoroughly by Google, nowadays, I would say they are completely ignored.
But noone in this forum can truly 100% assert to you if this could affect your reputation (other that what people perceive when they see your domain and the content of your metadata in the SERP)

But for example if you see a gaming site
"Best 10 games for PC for 2Q of 2022" in fuckmypussycunt.com, call me crazy, but not sure how many people would be willing to find your site reputable if not, 0.
Not saying that mentioning those words in your content, will also tag your site as porn/offensive. Unless you create a very stylish image logo and don't mention the domain with HTML... With such domain you are tying your hands and feet.
