Is anyone able to get a Google merchant center approved?

What's up guys! Well, the title said all... Ever since I started my e-commerce journey, this has been a huge pain in the a$$... I think I did everything under the sun to get my GMC approved, links, custom photos, US LLC, address, phone number, followed their policies to the T ( I spend a few days tweaking and re-reading all my policies trying to find any mistake that could trigger the suspension and nothing, everything is on the green)

I even hired someone on Fiverr who promised 100% success rate in getting the GMC back, and this guy still failed. In one of the stores, he did the setup for the merchant center, applied for it, got suspended, submitted an appeal and got rejected again... It's literally insane.

Have any of you been able to get a merchant center approved recently? If so, what would you say is the biggest factor to take in mind or tweak to make before applying for it?

Hey Raj! Yes, I've got my money back with no problem. The guy just didn't fulfill his promise and I got my money back of course.

I found a person after looking around that was very diligent with the task and every detail and she was able to get my Merchant center back fortunately... Let's see how it goes!

Hi! can you please refer me to the person who helped I am in the same spot as you were and I haven't found any one to reactivate my merchant.

That is nice to know. Just 1 more important thing : In a fairly new GAds account, if you have a GMC account linked and running campaigns, better not to make too many campaign changes once your campaign is live, it will lead to account suspensions (yes, I agree this sounds weird, but that is how it is nowadays). I would suggest once campaign is live, make no changes in campaign until atleast 45 days are over and 2 payments have been made or 2 payments have gone through in the GAds account : that way the account is stronger in terms of the GAds related algorithms and you can then use that GAds and GMC accounts for long term.

Raj, I can't stop blaming myself now for not reading this sooner. My man, I don't know what to do anymore, I'm literally broken in half again right now. A few hours ago my main Google ads have been suspended for circumventing systems policies (yes, the same account I was able to create with my original payment, with no issues and that have been working just fine for more than a month)

Just after more than 3 months of all the struggle, all the wasted time, all the people I hired to try to recover my GMC until I finally found a good one. Just 3 days after the shopping campaign was up up, running and starting to gather the first impressions all this went to shit again.

I was having connection issues where I live right now so I moved to my parent's home this evening to finish some work. I logged into my google ads account from my laptop and shortly after the account got hit with circumventing the system's policies... Do you know if logging from a different IP could have caused the issue? Everything seems ridiculous right now at this point because I feel stuck and don't know how to move further with this.

God, I can't think straight now. Maybe tomorrow I'll see things under another light... I hope you can give me some insight into this.

I'm also needing some assistance with this. Struggling to find someone that knows what they are doing to solve misrepresentation suspension.
 
Google Merchant Center has since the last 4 to 5 months been highly used (or rather misused) by scammers who setup fake shopping websites to loot people. And hence almost all newly created Google Merchant Center accounts are getting suspended and it will mention as suspended due to misrepresentation although there may not be any misrepresentation. Due to the scammers having used (or rather misused) Google Merchant Center for their fake shopping websites, Google is mass suspending Google Merchant Center accounts nowadays.
 
Is there still any way for legit websites? Very frustrated by this :(
