96 GB VPS free for EVERYONE

None:
1. Create and setup a server under Free Tier
2. Install a Desktop Environment (Mate or xFCE)
3. Install a VNC server software (Tiger VNC)
This is similar to Teamviewer / Windows RDP.

Enjoy
I already created a server 2 months ago. But I see the show warnings that it has limits. So that's what I am asking. But I will create visualization and see how it goes, may be slowly ramp it up.

It’s absolutely impossible to create an account there. I tried using 9 bank issued credit cards, different emails and even bank issued credit cards from family members. Nothing virtual, no debit and still not working. Contacting support is a waste of time as even to try signup for this. I went to IBM cloud working like a charm first try. I guess Oracle does not want any new customers at all.

Can you tell me when did you try this?

I don't think so, just search for "Linux VNC server setup" or Linux rdp on google

Oh you need to wait if they ran out of servers, good that you got it working at last. It will be helpful for the community if you can share your steps of setting up VNC here.
I may create a blog myself related to these all topics :P

I worked 4 years on UNIX, so I know a thing or 2. I don't remember exact steps, good luck.

Thanks a lot for the update. I will try to get it.
Lot of its luck now, because its out of stock most of the time.
Redittors have even created a script that you can schedule to check every minute if the vps got available.
Also oracle is taking it back if you are not using it and if its sitting idle.
And hence a cat and mouse game has started, it only gonna go downhill from here.
