What exactly does one do with an Email/SMS marketing platform?

Sorry for this insanely vague and probably dumb question, but I can admit when I have absolutely zero clue what I am talking about….don’t be afraid to be the dumbest in the room, you have the most to gain…well here I am lol

I have zero experience in email/sms marketing, but during a recent acquisition, I was given an email/sms marketing web app. I know this has potential to make money, but I don’t know how to use it, don’t know what it does and don’t know where to even start learning lol Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

A simple, unique touch is exciting in its own right. Make sure she is liking it. Look for reactions that indicate she is enjoying your touch. If she is, just keep progressing the touching to hotter locales. Make sure you go back to innocent touching soon after reaching some cleavage; this will keep her wanting more. It’s unique(ish) to me, it’s been programmed by someone else. Isn’t really branded with anything. I can’t send you a message or I’d give you my address and login for where I have it installed right now

The simple explanation is creating marketing campaigns via SMS/Email in bulk where you can easily track, view and manage their performance. Tweak and then use your most successful formula.

That looks like SaaS application surely custom scripts wont be like that. And these days i am seeing coder name them as custom and unique words but when seeing code they are just rip from github or some old scripts.. When its unique you would got documentation how to use for sure ?

Yeah that’s why I added the “ish” I figured it was some clone rebranded, when I asked for the documentation and I was told Google is a wonderful tool, which is true, when you know what to google

Im totally new to this and it was dumped on my lap, so I don’t have much to go on. I am starting to learn more about it every time I play around with it, but I was hoping someone had come across a manual or a good tutorial on these kind of tools.
