Can anyone help me understand where this backlinks are from, or how to build like these?

Those are redirect links from Google sites. They are useless.

Why are there some many of them? There are hundreds of these and DA is 54. I can't see true backlinks searching.

Usually used by people who want to sell guest posts to those naive buyers.

Sample report of his links, or sample domain with that service used and check it backlinks.

There was a thread somewhere giving out a database of guest post sites aswell.
