Is there a way to give instagram page access without sharing password
Like giving access to post and follow dms but not other function that can harm you..
Any little info or suggestion would be much appreciated.

There is an app called Dashlane. This will then encrypt your password and another guy is able to log in without knowing your password.

But without page access, he can do nothing.

That's very difficult. Every time you sign in to the same account on different devices, you will also receive a login warning message. So what are you worried about?

make sure the VA is trust worthy before allowing account access.

Get something like Dolphin Anty browser login with the account and give the VA access to dolphin Anty since your instagram account is already logged in.
