what if i want around 100 backlinks to achieve that number.I am 100% sure because my closest friend in the same business has done that he has made around 1.2 Millions Dollars in last 13 months.i can't tell the name of his website but his monthly traffic is 75 Millions. Dont assume man... Thats the issue with society... You dont have to believe what he says. But dont assume that he doesnt make great money. You have no idea how he is monetizing either. If its a SAAS type of business or a funnel business into other monetization strategies...
I was called out because I said I do really really well day trading. No one believed me. Its a pretty shit feeling knowing what you do and how well you do it and then everyone wants to shit on it because they dont believe your results.

In theory, everything is possible, there aren't some objective reasons why you wouldn't succeed in your intention. But you will of course need to have some really serious plan about this and a strategy of all activities that you will do in order to get to this goal, and you'll have to plan it in many details. I can't even say which aspects you should orientate on, as anything you choose you'll need to put extreme effort to start earning that much and you'll also not be able to achieve it overnight and it will require some time, years maybe before it gets to be possible, and I don't know how much you have before your retirement, but you need to have this in mind and not just to dream about making big money.
