From what you said it seems like you may be turned on Google Safe mode or something like that which prevents your site from being displayed on browsers and being even indexed. You need to check Search Console as soon as possible to see what's going on as they should have either reported some issue or you should see which URLs haven't been indexed properly and try to fix them or to manually submit again all pages in Webmaster tool.
