Lol, better register 1gazillianlinks.com and start a new business!
I had a look at their website, they have 7 links in "site: google" so that says it all, I wouldn't use them, they don't have a proactive business model, so they will probably scam you at worst, and best, goose up your site rankings. Have a look in the marketplace here, there's plenty of chance you will only find a reputable seller.

I tried on 2 sites
They created bulk profit backlinks
I got report and found 1 million backlink at just $3

Within few hours they send me email that work is done and I submitted request on website for report and after few hours I found new links on ahrefs
Its just $3 i spend

Interesting attempt in promoting a scam! More interestingly, all 4 BHW accounts were created in the same period. (With the first 3 accounts created on the very same day)

However, Ahrefs said that it cannot be confirmed.

but how you trust 1billionlinks the website has self only 50k links and not ranking for their niche keywords.
