I think that this is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. It's a great tool for those who are looking to start a guest posting campaign.
I've been using it for over a month now and it's really useful.
The contact information is correct as I have been in talk with a few site owners, the price they are willing to negotiate as well in some cases.
Most of the sites have lots of niches mixed so you can find relevant content mostly on a lot of domains. For my test case - I tried for the Yoga niche, which was not directly available. But when I saw the health/meditation sites I was easily able to find relevant pages where I can contact owners to place my relevant blog links.
So it's a pretty simple and worthy investment.
