Any restraunt owner?

You're from Uttarakhand, bring local garhwali or Kumaoni food for Delhi folks. You don't even have to open a restaurant. Just follow the concept of cloud kitchen and tie up with Swiggy and Zomato. If its a success, then invest in opening up a restaurant.
I don't know what are you doing in Delhi's noise and pollution. Just move back to Uttarakhand, plenty of opportunities in tourism space.
I also want to buddy but since my all family is here i can't move their alone and also Delhi is a very good market for opening a food place as people are crazy here for food.

Not restaurant but a tea shop has opened.
Take care of these things.
Location is most important.
You must have security/protection. (Other business owners may harass)
Need trusted workers.
Quality matters.(take feedbacks from customers and change accordingly)
Hygiene.

Hope you find something useful.
Thank you for the advise buddy.

I'd say not just location is important but what's around it, you may get your business in a premium part of the city and nobody will be interested due to be more upscale citizens who just like dinning out in good restaurants or old people who cannot have fast food due to medical problems. Now that business can be golden with young ones wanting a sandwich and a soda to take for a walk at the park.

Generally speaking I think a grill is a great option: it is healthy, easy and fast to cook. Get creative and you can have all kinds of burgers, sandwiches, rolls, served with home made sauces.
