Farm profile is good idea, but the most important thing is warm up fan page and your ad campaigns, make all slowly - in no case do not show Facebook that you are in a hurry - it is one of the main trigger.
but any way u asked about warm up profile and i want to share it with u:
1 - You need profile photo, background.
1.1 - Upload 12 photos and 12 stories.
1.2 - You need 7 reposts from the feed. 0-10 reposts of any information on sites with fb pixels.
1.3 - You need 7 saved posts.
1.4 - At least 120 friends (So that you send 47 applications for the whole time).
1.5 - At least 153 likes (151 emotions), not taking into account groups or fanpages of sites with a pixel. Considering this, there should be about 200 of them for the entire time of pharma. Maximum 215.
1.6 - Minimum 11 comments, excluding groups/fanpages from the search in the fb. Considering there should be about 30 of them for the entire time of pharma. Maximum 42.
