We can't determine exactly what the lowest indexing rate is, because not all links are indexable. Some links simply cannot be indexed, this is because some sites blocks or limit the indexing to prevent spam. Regarding our service, the indexing rate ranges between 70 and 95, based on our tests. We have made sure that all links submitted are indexable.
