blackhat has been a fun run but the cat and mouse game with corporations is getting a wee bit too difficult for me. Yeah, I know you can still make money and all the power to ya. I just am looking to transition to something more sustainable. I've been working on a SAASesq biz and the product is ready but I need to hire salespeople that's my biggest bottleneck at the moment. Any resources you recommend talking about the building systems to optimize your business, basic legalities of business such as contracts, payments, hiring, etc.

ps: to anyone considering business school in order to learn about this stuff... DON'T! I'm a junior at a "top 5" undergrad biz school in the nation and practically none of the stuff is applicable.

Im extremely socially inept and awkward. I've tried doing it myself before but i have to drink or intoxicate myself in other forms in order to deal with the anxiety of selling. I'd rather delegate I already have people interested in joining. Just need to set up systems so it's easier for them and the client.

Try pimpmymoney.net or other free course sites. There are plenty of business related courses there. You can also try searching the members download section on this forum

Maybe i haven't made it clear but not sales systems to generate leads just more of the managerial work. Currently using calendy & google Gsuite to manage but don't have a clear-cut complete system. Also, another issue is in order to fulfill my service i need a contractor to go to the location. If there is a way to automate calculating travel time and adding it onto to service before scheduling a meeting that would be good to know.

Yeah man, direct sales is such a pain. I prefer when it's automated in some way and landing page does the selling rather than having to deal with talking to people all day. Honestly, I absolutely hate closing, it's just too much contact with people on a daily basis (I think I underestimated how much time without people I need). If you can't deal with soo much contact with other people and it's not aff but business where you need a sales rep, I think hiring a closer is a way to go... Even if you'll learn sales eventually, you still will be pissed and miserable because there's too much contact with people. For me aff and automated selling all the way... If I'll still continue with my marketing agency then I'll need to hire a closer because no way in hell I could talk with so many people in a row without going crazy (I generate a lot of traffic, for some reason).
