Suggest you set up multiple Twitter Accounts under the help of Lalicat Proxy Browser as follow video:

So that you never worried about account block again.

A lot of factors could be causing the block. Volume of posts, and contents are usually up there. You're gonna want to cut back on how many posts you do per day and make sure they're not just spam content, i.e. avoid posting the same thing over and over again, for a start.
You can contact the Twitter support team if you think this block doesn't go against their community standards and all that too.
If you're really intent on getting a lot of posts out, grab a decent proxy, setup multiple accounts, make your posts across those. Best of luck.

Most probably the Algorithm blocked his profile for spam - Better use clean IPs to register or use aged account.
