As you can see in the image there is no impression/click fro last 5 days :/

This happens to me on Google as well. It usually hops back up, but I've yet to figure out why.

How much traffic has site had in last 5 days? Maybe u changed something on site and it is no longer properly indexed?

no I didn't change anything in my site, as you know my site is new so the traffic is average of past 5 days

Try clicking on your site through 10 VPNs or proxies. If your clicks show up, problem is on surface.
