it's pointless, man. The entire crypto industry is fucked up before even taking off. The ultra wealthy individuals and corporations simply do not want us making money without them parasiting on our shoulders.
I asked the exact same question a month ago and I couldn't find a single exchange that's not being regulated by the banks or governments. Everyone and their dog wants to know who you are, how you get your money, what you do with it, where you live, how many times you breathe in a day, what consistency your poop was this morning, your DNA and everything about you, your relatives, your thoughts and dreams, and all of your friends and business partners. Mankind has gone insane, I'm telling you....
The only 2 platforms that don't require KYC that I found are Bisq and HodlHodl and I got my first $120 on Hodlhodl from a guy that's not asked for verification but told me that for future transactions he will want a recording of me holding my national ID in front of the camera so he can jerk to my image while I give him my private info. He said he's gonna delete that after the transaction is made, that this is only for "safety purposes" but I obviously didn't believe him. Needless to say that I haven't purchased any more BTC from him again.... although, if he drops the shenanigans I will buy from him again because he's been very supportive with my first crypto transaction ever
But yeah... if you want some BTC without the parasites being all over you and claiming a share of your income like they've earned it you'll have to use P2P platforms like Bisq and HodlHodl.... before these 2 get discovered by the vultures and start being regulated just like everything else in this industry
