Quick Question - in regards to a domainname

I just received an offer on one of mine, which I personally think is a bit on the low end.

Shorter the domain is the higher price they will get (Mostly for domains under 6 letters). If it's not judt domain but whole business I'd calculate my 36 months income and put the price of the domain at that
