Binance has frozen my account because of a suspicious transaction from a third party to my account. The person was paying for services (legal, smm promotion). Who experienced such a thing? What to do and how to unfreeze the account?

Just like ISPs have a database updating of spammy IP usage , in the same way there are databases of scammy / scam crypto addreses and Binance and all exchanges use such databases as part of their algorithms and if any Binance ( in this case ) account has received in it a transfer from such scammy / scam crypto address , then account gets suspended , most probably permanently.

Crypto could be coming from blacklisted address
It is possible. But I can't be responsible for everyone who sends me a translation. What consequences could that have?

How will I be able to withdraw my assets in that case?

You need to contact Binance support and show them how the transaction was made.

talk to support, maybe they can fix it for you

Binance support is super stupid. I have a corporate acc with them where I just needed the p2p “receiving party” to be my company name (all docs were verified already, several times). Yet those stupid fcks put me into support loop and never did anything. It’s a waste of time to follow up with them as per my experience.

But then, op might get lucky.

That's exactly right. They've been messing with my head for a week now, my account is being verified.

You shouldn't use an exchange as your wallet to receive payments. You should be your own bank and only use an exchange to withdraw your money to fiat. There are cryptos like nano that allow u transactions with 0 fees. Send your metamask founds to binance and withraw it. You can use other exchanges like Coinbase or crypto.com

Did they unfreeze your wallet? I have the same problem 10 days already they locked withdrawal from my account with 40k on it and their support always says we will transfer you to a specialist and nothing happens?

Which one do you recommend sir?
I'm using guarda wallet, the UI is great and it offers an exchange too.
Didn't know that Binance will check incoming addresses, since i've done the same thing on Bybit with one of my customers.
It seems we all should use a private wallet first to receive any money and then transfer it to an online exchange
