From my experience, local SEO can be easy as a cakewalk or can be a really tough nut to crack depending upon various factors mainly location, niche. For example "Miami attorney" easy but "New York attorney" very hard.

You'd have to actually be in local SEO to know who Jordan Pearce is.

Find Brock Misner on YouTube. He's a little more reachable. If you don't know who Jordan Pearce is, it's because you haven't been in local SEO for long. He's even been mentioned many times in this forum. Use some search operators and diligence and you'll find him.

And why would you need a personal site if you do local SEO? We have multiple business sites and lead gen GMBs. You're thinking the wrong way.

And in a cutthroat industry like SEO why would you tell a world full of people looking to exploit whatever they can to make money where your properties that make you money are located? Reverse engineering is what we do here, and you NEVER give away all your secrets.

EDIT: I'll give you a little hint. Join SEO groups on Facebook and you'll find him. The REAL groups. Signals Lab is one of them.

Yep. There's some low key ones that are niched down that have less than a couple thousand members too. Tons of good quality local GMB groups all over Facebook. And Brock finally put out his course last week. I bought it pre-launch and have yet to get all the way through. Some really interesting stuff for starters though. Basically using Androids to manipulate CTR, leave reviews, get driving directions, etc etc. Holly Starks uses this method too. Both Brock and Holly are beasts in the local SEO realm.

Honestly man, as good as Jordan's course is. About half of it isn't working right now. The gold was the CTR stuff really at this point and there are better courses for CTR stuff.

Semantic Mastery is honestly the best for beginners, and advanced for that matter.

If you've got the basics down, then people like Brock Misner, Michael Merlino, Holly Starks, Brent Bowser, and a new guy who's gaining popularity in the groups and is a literal fucking genius is James Slattery. But these are all advanced typed local SEO guys, so if you're not at the advanced status start with Semantic Mastery. At $200 a month you can't beat the value.

thanks for your response! i will have a look into merlin, bowser and slattery - the other ones i know already and can also recommend.

in the end i was mostly interested in the mass page / ctr part (because i gathered some experience in building such mass page sites) and especially on how to make / generate the ctr links to google maps.

but i remember, that you wrote in another thread, that those links maybe not working anymore?

however, could you share some more information about how to build those links - even if those are not working anymore? =)
