How do you use multiple accaunts when banned?

so guys, my question is, how do you use multiple accounts when you are banned? or is it just end of the jurney?
how do you set up new adsense or you use friends adsense?
do you use new pc, new internet, new phone, etc
I read that many people get banned again when they create new channels using new mail after ban.

Why did you get banned? It's not the end of the journey.

You can buy a new Adsense account.
If you can, Do you have static IP or Dynamic? You should probably have a good VPN.

Don't buy a new PC. Use VPS/RDP to manage multiple accounts. You can also subscribe to multilogin.

one more question. If I am banned as a person, can my familly member use youtube, my brother for example? make adsense?
let's say, my brother makes gmail, adsense (same home adress), same pc or is he automatically banned too?

why you make a big deal of nothing? i have been banned from youtube more than 100 times copyright guidelines anything you can imagine and still using the same pc same internet and i have more than 5 channels without any problem, all you need to do " make new account call your internet company to change your ip and that's it.

I'm not sure about the VPN with Youtube, however I still haven't understood if they made the connection with a confirmation by phone of the Gmail address with an IP and the connection IP ?
