Has anyone use this before - hxxp://www.cloakreferer.c0m . I would like to redirect ppc traffic directly to cpa offers and I would like to prevent the cpa networks from finding my traffic source, I will not be using a landing page, as I have said I will sending the traffic directly to the offer.

Can anyone advise of any type of script / software to do this?

Yes, I am using it currently. Seems to work pretty well but I would still use a double meta-refresh, just to be safe. Some cheap traffic seeps through with referrer.

There may be another, better service coming online soon as well, stay tuned.

That just means that I use a meta refresh to two diff sites. I will have my link go to an html page, for example.

That html page will have a meta refresh to another html page. That page will have another meta refresh to the aff link, which loads on that page.

Be careful, from my testing, if you use the cloaked version, the new link do not drop the cookie. at least with hos*tga*tor.

The new solution being referred to is excellent. I have been using a pre-release version for a few weeks now. Works like a charm. i even had an AM at one of the networks look at it to see if anything was coming through.

Yeah, everything basically comes through with the same referrer, which is good. I'll probably go back to using that myself in another day or two...as soon as I feel like updating all of my links again.

It's a bit too soon to say, but I just switched over to it last night ("beta" version), and it's working quite well so far.
