I would like to know exactly what makes it "bulletproof". Certainly many people have reported it previously to domain registrar and hosting provider but it keep standing safe and well. I would like to know everything about this website, especially where is it hosted and how is it possible that domain registrar doesn't care?

There have been a couple “bulletproof” hosting companies over the years. Generally, they’re glorified offshore hosting companies that ignore all legal complaints & DMCA notices.

You can find other bulletproof hosting companies around now but you should most definitely do your research on each individual company before committing your websites or marketing strategies to them.
