You should always check product descriptions before purchasing.so it is not "ready to use". Not recommending your services at all, really bad customer support, at least you can respond.

The accounts are ready to use as they do not need any warm-up or any additional settings. In order to be able to run ads, you should connect a payment method. In the product description it is not mentioned that the payment method should be included.
